Verified Destruction

High-margin compliance service

When prototypes, controlled materials, or recalled products need to be destroyed, a PDF certificate is not enough. Our Verified Destruction service provides tamper-evident proof that your materials were destroyed, how they were destroyed, and who handled them at every step.

Certificate of Destruction

Every job produces a QR-verifiable certificate. Hash-chained custody events, timestamped evidence, and a unique certificate ID you can verify online or by scanning the QR code.

Photo and video evidence

Before, during, and after photos document the entire destruction process. Optional video capture for high-sensitivity jobs. All evidence is linked to your certificate.

Chain-of-custody log

From pickup to destruction, every handoff is logged with operator ID, timestamp, location, and a hash linking to the previous event. Tamper with one and the chain breaks.

Witness option

Send a representative to witness destruction in person. We coordinate scheduling, provide PPE, and note the witness attestation directly on the certificate.
