Four steps from request to verified certificate. Every step generates evidence, every handoff is logged, and the final certificate is independently verifiable.
Request
Tell us what you need
Submit a pickup request through the customer portal or call us directly. Describe the materials, quantities, and any special handling requirements. You will receive a confirmation within 2 hours during business hours.
Pickup
We come to you
Our truck arrives with tamper-evident containers. Materials are sealed on-site, photographed, and logged into the chain of custody. The first hash in the custody chain is generated at this moment. You receive a sealed-container confirmation within minutes.
Process
Destroy or recover
At our facility, materials are weighed, cataloged, and processed according to the job type. Destruction jobs go through industrial shredding with during-process photography. Recovery jobs are XRF-scanned, sorted by alloy, and prepared for Drops listing.
Certify
Proof you can verify
Within 24 hours of processing, your certificate is issued. It contains the full chain of custody, evidence gallery, item manifest, and a cryptographic hash. The certificate is QR-verifiable online and includes a unique ID you can share with auditors, customers, or regulators.
What makes it verifiable
Every certificate includes four layers of proof.
Photo evidence
Before, during, and after photos at every stage
Hash chain
Every event is hash-linked to the previous — tamper one and the chain breaks
QR verification
Scan the QR code or enter the certificate ID at verify.proofcycle.com
Item manifest
Full listing of materials destroyed or recovered, with quantities and weights
