How it works
Four steps from request to verified certificate.
Request and NDA
Submit a pickup request through the portal or contact us directly. If your project is under NDA, we execute a mutual NDA before any material leaves your facility. Your company name never appears on transport manifests unless you authorize it.
Secure pickup
Our truck arrives with tamper-evident containers. Materials are sealed on-site, photographed, and logged into the custody chain with operator ID and timestamp. You receive a sealed-container confirmation within minutes.
Witnessed destruction
Materials are destroyed at our Fremont facility via industrial shredder. You can send a representative to witness, or opt for photo and video evidence. Recoverable alloys are sorted and verified; everything else is shredded beyond reconstruction.
Certificate and proof packet
Within 24 hours of destruction, you receive a QR-verifiable Certificate of Destruction with the full custody chain, evidence gallery, item manifest, and cryptographic hash. The certificate is independently verifiable at any time.

NDA and confidentiality handling
We routinely handle destruction under NDA. Your company name can be redacted from transport manifests. Witness options are available for high-sensitivity jobs. All evidence is stored in our secure system and accessible only to authorized parties. We do not photograph proprietary markings or serial numbers unless you explicitly request it for your records.
